From the attached two car garage or the parking lot, it is about a 2 minute drive to get to the front gate.  You'll pass a great coffee shop on the way right next to the crashpad as well.

That is a great question and will often get you multiple answers depending on who you ask.  The Joint Travel Regulation (JTR) under Table 2-14 Government Quarters Use, pg 2-28 states "The service member may choose to use other lodging than on base, but will be limited to the reimbursement cost of Government quarters on the assigned TDY installation."  Here is a link to the reg itself for your reading.

Yes.  Since it is a rental property, we are required by law for each guest to sign a lease before moving in.  We are very flexible on dates if you have training delays or have a cancellation.  We do not overbook and will make sure you are taken care of.

Negative.  We cover all the costs for you so you can focus on your training.  We only charge the on base rate and not a penny more.  We charge your Government Travel Card around the 15th of every month, send you an invoice, and at the end of your stay, we'll send the total of what we charged.  You will then file your voucher on DTS and be on your way.

We do allow some pets, but it all comes down to a case by case basis.  If there are already guests staying there, we want to ensure we respect their privacy and make sure there will not be any issues.  When you make a request to stay for your training, please specify in the message if you would like to bring any pets and we will work with you to the best of our ability.  There is also a $100 non-refundable pet deposit due to deeper cleaning requirements.
